Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email shortly after checkout. Please allow 1–2 business days for processing, followed by 5–7 business days for shipping. As soon as your order is on its way, we’ll send tracking details so you can follow its journey.
Once your sample set has shipped, you’ll receive an email within 48 hours with a gift certificate to use toward your next full-size candle. If it doesn’t arrive within that window, please reach out and we’ll be happy to assist.
Each order is carefully packed to help ensure it arrives as intended. If your candle arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a brief description and a clear photo of the issue. We’ll review it promptly and make it right.
Due to the nature of our products, we’re unable to accept returns. If there’s an issue with your order, please get in touch — we’re always happy to help find a thoughtful resolution.
We offer flat-rate shipping of $9.99 on orders under $75. Orders over $75 ship complimentary.

It’s completely normal for the surface of your candle to appear slightly rough, uneven, or pitted after it has cooled. This is a natural characteristic of plant-based wax and one of the qualities that makes every burn a little unique. It won’t affect the performance or quality of your candle.
